The Stress Relief Mini Course is for teachers who want to support their wellbeing but feel overwhelmed and unsure where to start.
The design of this course is to start small. Do as little or as much as you can manage within a nourishing and supportive community. Develop skills, learn techniques and grow them when the timing is right.
This course equips you with wellness tools and a wellbeing foundation for you to build upon at your own pace.
