Alison is a primary school teacher with training in psychology, mindfulness and meditation. She has over 20 years of teaching experience (K-6) in a variety of roles and settings, over 300 hours of meditation and mindfulness teacher training and many, many more hours of practical experience and independent learning.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Breath Coach - 2024

  • Advanced Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness - 2022

  • Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) - 2013

  • Bachelor of Education - 1997
